Residential / inpatient
Residential addiction treatment is covered under most Cigna commercial plans when medical necessity criteria are met. Pre-authorization and continued-stay reviews are standard and handled by the Pinnacle Peak Recovery clinical team on your behalf.
PHP and IOP
